  • We follow up on all claim denials. If a claim cannot be successfully reprocessed, we will collaborate with the provider to determine the best course of action.

  • We don’t provide prior authorization services at this time.

  • We do not outsource your billing to overseas companies. We are located in Hawaii and can handle medical billing for anywhere in the United States.
